With 25+ years of experience working as a Senior Project Manager for General Electric and Medicare Specialist for 20 West Joe also served 10 years in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Power plant supervisor. In his spare time Joe enjoys spending time with Sarah and the family, being involved with their church watching all the Atlanta sports, and visiting local breweries and restaurants.

Skilled and personable Insurance agent with 18+ years’ experience providing consistent, approachable customer service, in all areas of insurance. She has vast expertise in commercial (business lines), home, auto, umbrella, disability, life & Medicare insurance coverage. She believes in excellent customer service and will treat you like family. In her spare time Sarah enjoys her five children, her church, reading, puzzles and cheering for the Dawgs!

As the oldest of five siblings, Grace naturally leads with care and dependability, both in her work and in her personal life. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching NCIS, hiking, baking, attending concerts, and spending time with her puppy, Bear. Grace is also an active member of United, a young adult group at her church, where she continues to grow in her faith and build lasting community connections.

Richard spent 15 years working with Carroll County Schools, in the IT department as a Technology Specialist. He has been married to Claudia for over 30 years. They have 3 daughters and 9 grandchildren. Outside of work he loves to spend time with his family, and also loves watching sports with his grandchildren. Richard's favorite food is Mexican, which he could eat everyday.

Bear is a Toy Aussie-doddle (Hypoallergenic for Mom) and is 5.5 years old. He's not an expert in insurance (although he does recommend pet insurance), but is an expert in making friends. You will often see him roaming the office (his herding tendencies). In his off time, he really loves naps, treats, and destroying every toy that has ever been bought for him. He'd love for you to stop by for some playtime!
